About Aliner

Short bio:

Born in Mexico City in 1969

Has a strong connection to British Celtic generations from the past.

Unlike most consultants and coaches, Aliner has been a business owner and team leader since the age of 21. He knows exactly what a CEO needs and feels, and what the life of an CEO is all about.

His experience is practical and comes from direct contact — since 1991 — with thousands of people in a diverse range of industries.

Aliner built a small corporation that included a consulting firm, a talent clinic, and a training institute. Also in the works was a virtual bookstore but he fell ill. In 11 months, all that he had built over 16 years disappeared.

In 2008, after a slow recovery, he decided to dedicate himself to Executive Mentoring and began the journey that he continues today.

He runs an exclusive firm: Aliner is one of the few independent professionals who have the freedom (financial and operational) to select his clients so he can take on projects for greatest impact and transformation.

He is always on a quest for “Leaders who have the Courage to challenge the established and to embark on a journey to build companies that are Fully Humane, Highly Profitable and Exemplary for Mexico.”

He lives with his family in Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico.
